Service

Commercial roofing.

Units, warehouses, retail and office - roofing for businesses across the North East.

Commercial roofs are a different discipline - single-ply membranes, industrial flashings, working around tenant occupation and trading hours. We hold the insurance, health-and-safety accreditations and CHAS sign-off that commercial clients need, and we work out-of-hours where uptime matters.

When to call us

If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a call. A free survey will tell you what's actually needed - and whether it's a repair or something bigger.

  • Membrane failing on a warehouse or unit roof
  • Standing water pooling on industrial flat roofs
  • Damp or leaks in commercial premises
  • Rooflights cracked or leaking
  • Gutter runs overflowing on industrial units
  • Insurance or landlord requiring dilapidations work

How we approach commercial roofing.

Commercial roofing is a different discipline from domestic. Single-ply membranes, industrial flashings, tenant occupation, trading hours, health and safety sign-off. We hold the insurance, CHAS registration and public liability cover that commercial clients and landlords require. Every job starts with a free survey, RAMS (risk assessment and method statement), and a written proposal.

We work out-of-hours where uptime matters. We phase work so tenants can trade while we’re on site. We coordinate with facilities teams, principal contractors, and landlords. Invoicing is tracked to purchase orders and our quotes are detailed enough to satisfy procurement teams.
