The make-safe call-out priority is to stop damage getting worse - tarps, sheets, temporary patches - not to do the full repair.
Once we’ve made the roof safe, we write it up properly for your records and your insurer. Photos, description of findings, what we did to make safe, what still needs doing as a permanent repair. The permanent repair is scheduled as soon as weather and materials allow - usually within the week.

How long does a new roof take?
