Service
Storm damage & insurance claims.
Same-day make-safe, full report for your insurer, paperwork handled end-to-end.
When a storm takes tiles off or drops a branch through the roof, the first job is making the house watertight. Then we document everything properly for the insurer - photos, measurements, a written report - and follow up with the loss adjuster until the claim is settled.
When to call us
If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a call. A free survey will tell you what's actually needed - and whether it's a repair or something bigger.
- Tiles blown off after a named storm
- Branches or debris on the roof from high winds
- Active leak that wasn’t there before the storm
- Lead flashing torn away from the chimney
- Chimney pots cracked or missing
- Fence, tree or other object has landed on the roof
How we approach storm damage & insurance claims.
When a storm hits, the first 24 hours matter most. Water ingress damages ceilings, insulation, electrics and floors if it’s not stopped. We respond same-day within our primary service area with tarps, sheets and temporary flashings to make the roof watertight. Then we document everything properly - photos with timestamps, written findings, measurements - so your insurer has what they need to settle the claim.
We work directly with most major UK insurers. Loss adjusters know our work. Once the claim is approved, we carry out the full repair - replacement tiles, new flashings, whatever the job needs. On approved insurance jobs we can often invoice the insurer directly, so you have no up-front cost.
