Service
Fascias, soffits & guttering.
uPVC replacement across whole-house runs. Tidy, square lines and properly sealed corners.
When the wood behind your guttering has gone soft, paint jobs only buy you a season. We strip back, replace the barge and fascia boards in rot-proof uPVC, and re-fit the gutter run with the right falls so it actually drains.
When to call us
If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a call. A free survey will tell you what's actually needed - and whether it's a repair or something bigger.
- Paint peeling and flaking off the fascia board
- Gutters sagging in the middle or at one end
- Wood visibly rotten where the gutter meets the fascia
- Downpipes leaking at joints or pulling away from the wall
- Water pouring off the roof during rain (gutter overflow)
- Rainwater marks staining the brickwork below gutters
How we approach fascias, soffits & guttering.
uPVC isn’t glamorous but it lasts. When the timber behind your gutters has rotted, no amount of painting brings it back. We strip the old boards and gutter off, inspect the rafter ends for rot (fixing any we find), and install new uPVC fascia and soffit boards with bird-comb ventilation as standard. The gutter goes back on with correct falls to the downpipes so it actually drains.
Everything is colour-matched - white, black, grey or Oak Brown to match your existing doors and windows. Downpipes are replaced with the fascia run unless they’re in good condition. Full-perimeter runs include all soffit boxes, gable-end barge boards, and corner mitres cut tight. No visible silicone, no gappy joints.

How long it takes
A typical three-bedroom semi takes two to three working days including scaffold. Full whole-house runs on detached properties take three to four days. We scaffold the whole perimeter so we’re not scaffolding the front, leaving, and scaffolding the back weeks later.
How it works
From first call to finished roof - four steps.
